Details: We are looking for an independent recruiter (this is a 1099 commission only position) who is tired of earning a small percentage of what you bill, who wants to be part of a growing recruiting family and come in from the cold.
Perman Technical Group is a 12 year old technical recruiting firm working virtually though out the US. We serve the recruiting needs of technology related companies from Start-ups to IPO's.

We seek the following:
- Someone willing to work for high commissions to earn a six-figure income.
- Someone with cold-calling experience into companies
- Someone who has been a virtual recruiter is preferred.
- You have non-corporate recruiting experience
- You have worked as a contingency or retained recruiter somewhere in your career path
- You wish to recruit from the privacy of your own home
- Someone who wants to set their own schedule but earn exceptional income
- Someone with MS office experience, especially MS excel), Has high speed internet in an home office.
- You must be self motivated, with a vision for your professional success
- You may live anywhere in the US
What You Will Do:
- Source candidates - develop leads, contacts
- Network with Candidates and decision makers by phone and internet
- Develop new business
- Work in an industry you enjoy
- Manage the interviewing process from start to finish
- Interview Candidates and References
- Manage offer developement and new hire follow-up
Expected first year earning $80 - $150k
