Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years successful Research and Development experience in an Engineering environment
- Minimum of 2-5 years of supervisory experience
- Background in Lighting, Electronics, Voice/Data, Computer Networking, Electrical Components
- BSEE or Electronic engineering degree required
- Good Communication. Presentation, and Problem Solving skills
