Resume Tips for Seasoned Executives
Seasoned executives need to carefully craft their resume so that the resume reviewer does not encounter red flags that trip age bias. Joyce Lain Kennedy a career columnist and author recommends that seasoned job seekers consider these tips when preparing their resume:
1.Focus your resume. Concentrate on highlighting your two most recent or relevant jobs. Do not attempt to give equal attention to each of your past jobs especially when your experience has been diverse. Focus and concentrate.
